Concept Note:

India has recently introduced four new Labour Codes that consolidate and simplify multiple existing labour laws. These reforms mark a paradigm shift in labour and industrial relations, aiming to:

  • Protect workers’ rights
  • Ensure social security
  • Facilitate ease of doing business

This seminar will bring together academicians, lawyers, policymakers, and students to critically examine the impact, challenges, and future trajectory of these reforms.

Call for Papers:

Law Mantra Trust invites academicians, researchers, legal professionals, policymakers, and students to submit research papers aligned with the seminar themes.

  • Confirmation of Abstract Selection: 24th February, 2026
  • Registration Deadline: 2nd March, 2026
  • Draft Paper Submission: 6th March, 2026
  • Seminar Dates: 7th & 8th March, 2026

Selected papers will be published in an edited book with ISBN. Copyrights will remain with the authors and Law Mantra Trust.

  • Abstract: ~250 words, with 5 keywords.
  • Paper length: 4,000–10,000 words (including footnotes).
  • Format: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced.
  • Citation Style: Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi.
  • Originality: Only unpublished, plagiarism-free work accepted.
