We launched the “LawOF Academic Leader Program” to address a growing need in legal education. With over 2,000 law schools across the country, many still face a shortage of well-trained, skilled, and AI-ready faculty members. This program aims to bridge that gap by empowering law teachers with the knowledge, tools, and exposure needed to excel in today’s evolving academic landscape.

LawOF Academic Leader Program, a unique initiative by LawOF that provides an opportunity for Law Teachers across India to become the academic representatives of LawOF in their respective institutions.

This program is designed to recognize and empower law educators who are dedicated to advancing legal education, mentoring students, and building stronger academic connections between institutions and the wider legal community.

Objectives of the Program

• To create a nationwide network of passionate law educators.
• To promote collaboration and innovation in teaching, research, and legal education.
• To offer a platform with your skills where faculty and students connect, share ideas, and grow together.
• To recognize and celebrate the efforts of teachers who go beyond the classroom.

Role of a LawOF Academic Leader

As a LawOF Academic Leader, you will:

• Represent LawOF at your college/university.
• Encourage students to participate in LawOF internships, LawOF Campus Ambassador Program, LawOF as Media Partner, Encourage students to share Internship Experience, Encourage students to share Law School Review, Interview of Legal Luminaries etc.
• Share academic updates, research, and achievements from your institution with the LawOF community.
• Act as a mentor to law students, guiding them in academics, internships, and career opportunities.

Based on my 20 years of experience in legal academia, I’ve observed that thousands of talented law teachers across the country possess remarkable skills but remain confined within their own institutions. They often lack a suitable platform to share their expertise beyond their campuses. LawOF aims to bridge this gap by providing a national platform where law teachers can showcase their skills, engage with students, and contribute to the advancement of legal education under the “LawOF Academic Leader Program”

Your contributions are valued and rewarded.
You can earn in three ways:

1. If you possess any specialized legal skill and are passionate about guiding students to learn new competencies, LawOF will connect you with interested learners.
2. Advertisement Partnership Bonus: Receive 25% of the advertisement value for every collaboration or advertisement you bring to LawOF.
3. Referral Earnings: Get a referral earning with mutual consent from LawOF Learning Series (LLS) through your network.
4. Performance Reward: The Best Performing Academic Leader of the program will receive a cash prize of ₹15,000 for outstanding performance and leadership.

Who Can Apply

• Law Teachers (Research Assistant, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor) Only from recognized Law Colleges or Universities across the country.
• Academicians passionate about mentoring students and advancing legal education.

Duration

• The Academic Leader position is for one academic year, with renewal options based on performance and interest.

Certification and Recognition

All participants will receive a Certificate of Appreciation from LawOF, acknowledging their valuable contribution to the legal academic community.
Outstanding leaders will also be featured on LawOF’s platform for national recognition.
