The Institute’s Centre for Corporate Law Studies is an effort aiming at institutionalising and channelling research on corporate and business-related issues that occur both nationally and globally. The Centre seeks to provide the necessary motivation by instilling in future corporate professionals a willingness to challenge many elements of business and its interaction with society.
The Centre for Corporate Research Law Publication (CRLJ), an open access, annual, peer-reviewed journal, is an initiative of the Centre for Corporate Law Studies at Nirma University’s Institute of Law. The complexities of the business world have multiplied many times over, with advancements occurring on a national and international scale every hour.
Eligibility Criteria
Academicians, Professionals, legal researchers, and students are eligible to send in their legal write-ups.
RELEVANT GUIDELINES TO BE ADHERED
Research Papers: This category should consist of a well-researched paper that discusses and analyses major developments or concerns relating to the theme. The author must identify holes in present financial law practises and attempt to suggest solutions. This should be accompanied with an abstract of no more than 200 words. The word limit is between 5,000 and 8,000 words.
Short Articles: In this area, you should address fresh ideas, recent developments, or any old issues that are linked to the theme. It should be accompanied by an abstract of no more than 200 words. The word count for the same is between 3,000 and 4,000 words.
Book Reviews: This should include a brief evaluation of the book written by the author from his or her point of view. The word limit is between 1,000 and 2,000 words.
Essays: These should address topics of interest to legal academics in the field of financial law. It should be written in an acceptable tone and structure for the peer audience. The word count for this is 2,000–3,000 words.
Case Comments: This should include a brief description of the facts, an analysis of the important issues, and a summary of the case’s pertinent findings. The word limit is between 1,500 and 3,000 words.
NOTE:-The submission must be in MS Word format and cannot be submitted in any other format. Manuscripts sent in PDF, other formats, or hard copy will be rejected. Any questions or concerns should be directed to the supplied email address.
