The School of Legal Studies (SLS) is a centre of excellence offering 3‑year LL.B. and 5‑year integrated law programmes. About the Competition

The 4th Nationwide Moot Court Competition, 2026, provides a platform for law students across India to sharpen analytical, research, and advocacy skills. Mooting develops confidence, teamwork, and professional etiquette, preparing students for real courtroom challenges. Participants will engage with complex legal propositions, present diverse perspectives, and experience the rigour of professional advocacy.

  • August 26, 2026 – Release of Moot Proposition & Registration Opens
  • October 1, 2026 – Last Date for Seeking Clarifications
  • October 3, 2026 – Release of Clarifications
  • October 5, 2026 – Registration Deadline
  • October 10, 2026 – Memorial Submission (Soft Copy)
  • October 22, 2026 – Memorial Submission (Hard Copy), Inaugural Ceremony & Preliminary Rounds
  • October 23, 2026 – Quarter‑Final & Semi‑Final Rounds
  • October 24, 2026 – Final Round & Valedictory Ceremony
