About the Conference

The Global Conference on Emerging Trends in Artificial Intelligence: Comparative Approaches of Legal Governance will be held on 20–21 November 2026 in Hybrid Mode (Online & Offline). It seeks to provide a platform for dialogue among academicians, judges, legal practitioners, policymakers, industry leaders, technologists, and civil society representatives.

The conference will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, research paper presentations, and case‑study analyses. It aims to generate meaningful policy recommendations and promote responsible, ethical, accountable, and globally harmonised approaches to AI governance.

Who Can Submit?

Academicians, faculty members, research scholars, UG/PG students, legal practitioners, judges, policymakers, industry professionals, technology experts, law firms, corporate legal departments, and international participants are welcome to contribute.

Submission Categories

• Abstracts (150–300 words, with 5 keywords)
• Full‑length research papers (2,500–3,000 words, APA citation style, similarity <10%)
• Case‑study‑based scholarly contributions
• Doctrinal, empirical, comparative, and interdisciplinary research papers

• Confirmation of Abstracts: 10 September 2026

Processing Charges

• Research Scholars: ₹1,500
• UG/PG Students: ₹1,200

• Law Firms/Senior Counsel/General Counsel: ₹5,000
• International Participants: USD 50 (50% concession for Kalinga University participants and MoU institutions.)
