Call for Submissions: CTL Blog, NALSAR University of Law:

The Centre for Tax Laws (CTL) at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, invites contributions to its academic blog. Designed as a vibrant forum for dialogue on taxation, the CTL Blog welcomes students, practitioners, and scholars to share insights on evolving tax policy and jurisprudence.

Scope of Contributions:

Writers are encouraged to submit analytical or descriptive pieces on contemporary issues in:

  • Direct Taxation
  • Indirect Taxation
  • International Taxation

Categories of Submissions:

  • Articles: In-depth analysis of legal or policy developments.
  • Case Comments: Critical engagement with recent decisions of the Supreme Court, High Courts, or tribunals such as ITAT/CESTAT.

Editorial Guidelines:

  • Word Limit: Preferably within 2,000 words. Longer submissions may be considered if the topic demands.
  • Citation Style: Hyperlinks for digital sources; footnotes where hyperlinks are unavailable.
  • Originality: Submissions must be unpublished and plagiarism-free.
  • Co-authorship: Permitted for up to two authors.

Review & Publication:

  • Rolling Submissions: Accepted throughout the year.
  • Review Process: Double-blind peer review. Authors will receive an initial response within 2–3 weeks.
