The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the UGC‑NET June 2026 application deadline to 23 May 2026 (10:00 AM). Candidates now have until this date to submit applications and pay fees, with the correction window also shifted to 25–27 May 2026.

  • Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and appointment as Assistant Professor
  • Assistant Professor eligibility and admission to Ph.D.
  • Ph.D. admission only

  • Covers 85 subjects across Indian universities and colleges.
