Law Mantra Trust: A not-for-profit organization headquartered in New Delhi, dedicated to enhancing legal academics and awareness. Registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, Law Mantra brings together jurists, advocates, academicians, and students to promote innovative conflict resolution mechanisms such as mediation, conciliation, negotiation, and arbitration.
Concept Note:
India has introduced four new Labour Codes consolidating multiple older labour laws. These reforms mark a significant shift in labour and industrial relations, aiming to protect workers’ rights, ensure social security, and simplify compliance for businesses.
This seminar will bring together academics, lawyers, policymakers, and students to discuss the implications of these codes, challenges in implementation, and their role in shaping India’s labour market.

Academicians, researchers, legal professionals, policymakers, and students are invited to submit papers on the seminar’s themes. Selected papers will be published in an edited book with ISBN. Copyrights remain with authors and Law Mantra Trust.

- Abstract (≈250 words) in Word format.
- Include participant details: name, designation, institution, address, email, title of abstract.

- Length: 4,000–10,000 words (including footnotes).
- Format: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced.
- Citation: Indian Law Institute style (footnotes).
- Original work only; plagiarized submissions will be rejected.
- Registration fee: Rs. 800 (students), Rs. 1200 (faculty/professionals/research scholars).
- Both author and co-author must register separately.
Publication Opportunity:
Selected papers will be published in a book with ISBN. Contributors may procure hard copies directly from the publisher.
