ACIAM Virtual Internship Programme 2026

Position: Intern | Mode: Virtual | Duration: 2 Months (8 Weeks)

About the Programme

The Asian Centre for International Arbitration and Mediation (ACIAM) is inviting applications for its Virtual Internship Programme, designed to provide practical exposure to arbitration, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Over the course of 8 weeks, interns will gain hands-on experience in legal research, publications, and institutional initiatives, thereby enhancing their understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms in a global context.

Role Overview

Interns will actively contribute to:

• Legal research on arbitration, mediation, and ADR.
• Drafting and reviewing publications.
• Supporting institutional projects and initiatives. This programme is tailored to equip participants with practical skills and academic insights into international dispute resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are open to:

• Law students enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme.
• LL.M. students.
• Recent law graduates.
• Candidates with a demonstrated interest in Arbitration, Mediation, and ADR.

• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Statement of Interest (maximum 500 words)
• Writing Sample (maximum 1,500 words) showcasing legal research and analytical writing skills
