About the Competition

The Nyaya Samriddhi 1st Inter‑University Memorial Drafting Competition, 2026 is designed to provide law students with a platform to strengthen their legal research, analytical reasoning, and memorial drafting skills. Participants will engage with contemporary legal issues through a structured memorial drafting exercise.

Mode

• The competition will be conducted entirely online.

Eligibility

• Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate law students from recognised universities and law colleges in India.
• Any number of students can individually register from a single institution.

Format of the Competition

• A single moot problem will be provided to participants.
• Each participant must draft memorials for both petitioner and respondent.
• All communication and submissions will be in English.

• Fee: ₹500 per participant
