The Students for the Promotion of International Law (SPIL), Mumbai at the Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai are pleased to announce a Panel Discussion titled:

“Thirty Years of the WTO: Reassessing Geopolitical Alignment, Market Access and a Rule-Based System in a Fragmented World”

This discussion is part of the 16th GLC International Law Summit 2026, sponsored by Rungta Steel, scheduled for 6th March 2026 at Government Law College, Mumbai.

  2. Dr. Govindraj G. Hedge – Associate Professor, NLSIU Bangalore; Chairperson, Ministry of Commerce & Industries; expert in WTO and trade law.
  3. Dr. James J. Nedumpara – Professor & Head, CTIL at IIFT; advisor to Government of India; WTO dispute experience.
  4. Ms. R.V. Anuradha – Partner, Clarus Law Associates; leading practitioner in trade & investment law; member of Asia WTO Research Network.
  5. Mr. Sanjay Notani – Partner, ELP; co-head of International Trade & Customs practice; WTO and FTA dispute specialist.
