It is a student‑run, peer‑reviewed platform thoughtfully managed by a two‑layer editorial team comprising 2 Editors‑in‑Chief, 5 Managing Editors, and 8 Associate Editors. The Blog champions exemplary academic inquiry by publishing incisive, interdisciplinary legal scholarship on timely issues of significance.

Call for Submissions

The MNLUM Law Review Blog is now accepting submissions on a rolling basis for the 2026–27 academic year. Contributions are invited from students, academics, practitioners, and researchers across a broad range of legal disciplines.

Themes and Scope

As a student‑run, peer‑reviewed platform, the Blog seeks to promote discourse on contemporary legal and allied issues through high‑quality and accessible scholarship. Submissions may include analytical articles, opinion pieces, and critiques that engage meaningfully with legal and interdisciplinary issues.

Submission Guidelines

  • Mode of Submission: All submissions must be made through the Google Form. Submissions via email will not be considered.
  • Deadline: Rolling basis.
  • Eligibility: Open to both students and professionals.
  • Nature of Submissions: Analytical in nature, expressing opinions or offering critiques.
  • Co‑authorship: Permitted up to two authors.
  • Plagiarism: Original and unpublished work only. Similarity index must not exceed 10%.
  • Word Limit: Ideally 1000–1500 words (exclusive of endnotes/explanatory notes). Longer pieces may be accepted if necessary.
  • Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx); Font: Bookman Old Style, Size 12, Line spacing 1.5, Margin 1 inch, Alignment: Justified.
  • Citation: Hyperlink open‑source materials. Endnotes (not footnotes) for non‑open‑source references, adhering to Bluebook 20th Edition. Endnotes formatting: Bookman Old Style, Size 10, Line spacing 1, Alignment: Justified.
  • Anonymity: Authors must not disclose personal or institutional details in the manuscript.
  • Originality: Authors confirm submissions are original contributions, not plagiarized or under consideration elsewhere.
