Call for Blogs- Chanakya Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR)

Chanakya Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR) invites original and unpublished submissions from academicians, legal practitioners, research scholars, and students. We welcome thoughtful, analytical and well researched contributions that engage critically with the emerging trends and development in the ADR legal framework and contribute in building the future discourse in this area.

Submissions must strictly adhere to the submission guidelines published on our official website.

General Guidelines

  • Only unpublished and original manuscripts are invited for publication on the CCADR Blog.
  • Submissions must be in .doc or .docx format and uploaded via the official submission form.
  • Co-authorship is permitted (maximum of 2 authors).
  • Preferred word count: 1200–1500 words. Longer submissions may be accepted at the discretion of the Review Board.
  • Title length: not more than 10 words.
  • Each submission must include up to three keywords relevant to the theme.
  • Referencing: Hyperlinks preferred; minimal endnotes allowed.
  • Similarity limit: ≤15%; AI-generated content limit: ≤20%.
  • Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis and undergo peer review by Blog Editors.
  • Authors must incorporate editorial suggestions before final acceptance.
  • A brief biographical note (two lines) must be included below the title (e.g., “Mr. X is a partner at ABC Law Firm” or “Ms. Y is a 4th year B.A., LL.B. student at XYZ University”).
  • Analytical posts are preferred over descriptive ones.

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Alignment: Justified
  • Paragraph Spacing: 6 pt (before and after)

Copyright Policy

  • Copyright vests with CCADR; moral rights remain with the author.
  • No commercial use without notice or attribution.
  • Cross-posting requires express permission of the Review Board.
  • CCADR reserves the right to amend guidelines or reject submissions at its discretion.
