Description

Looking for an intern on long term basis (preferably 6 months) for assistance in Drafting, Case Notes, Preparation of Record of Proceedings etc.

• Assistance in Drafting and Filing of SLP and Civil/ Criminal Appeals in Supreme Court
• Assistance in Drafting, Filing and observing proceedings before Hon’ble High Court, National Commission, NCLT, NCLAT, State Commission and DRT.
• Assistance in basic contract drafting and vetting.
• Assistance in Drafting Case for Opinion for Commercial Litigations.

Preference

Law Students willing to accept internship on long term basis.

Final and Fourth Year Students would be preferred.

Stipend

Rs 5,000/- per month.
