About the Course:

The Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC), NLU Delhi announces a new Certificate Course on IP & Fashion Law, examining the law at the intersection of creativity, commerce and counterfeiting. Across 15 one-hour sessions and 5 modules, participants examine how trademark, trade dress, design law and related regimes operate in the fashion industry, from brand strategy and monetization to counterfeiting, digital technology and cross-border enforcement.

The course is conducted entirely online. Registrations are now open till 30th October 2026. The Classes will commence in November 2026.
