Note: For Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence, candidates with a Ph.D. will be given preference.
Eligibility & Expectations:
Professors:
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/academic leadership.
- Distinguished research profile with books, journal articles, policy reports.
- Evidence of doctoral supervision, grant acquisition, and institutional leadership.
Associate Professors:
- Ph.D. preferred; 5–8 years of academic/professional experience.
- Strong teaching record and consistent research profile.
- Preference for Scopus‑indexed publications and externally funded projects.
Assistant Professors:
- Demonstrated teaching competence and developing research profile.
- Preference for Scopus‑indexed publications and active scholarly engagement.
- Evidence of student mentorship and institutional contribution.
Lecturers:
- Master’s degree in relevant discipline (mandatory).
- Prior teaching/research/industry experience preferred.
- Evidence of research aptitude and student mentoring.
Administrative Positions:
Academic Dean:
- Minimum 5 years of academic experience at faculty level.
- Strong record in curriculum design, accreditation, and academic governance.
- Leadership in mentoring faculty and promoting research culture.
Director (Office of Applied Legal Studies):
- 5–10 years of experience in legal education, litigation, advocacy, or moot court administration.
- Expertise in oral advocacy, memorial drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Proven ability to mentor and prepare students for national/international competitions.
