About the Book:

This edited volume seeks to explore the evolving challenges of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) in the context of modern armed conflicts. It will examine how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cyber warfare, and autonomous weapons interact with established humanitarian principles. The book also emphasizes the importance of environmental protection and civilian safety in increasingly complex conflict settings. Through legal analysis and case studies, the volume aims to strengthen humanitarian protections in today’s rapidly changing battlefield.
