Interns will gain analytical research skills, precision in drafting, and courtroom experience before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, CAT, and District Courts.

About the Opportunity

This internship is designed for law students keen on litigation and arbitration. Interns will be exposed to:

• Legal research and analytical note preparation
• Drafting petitions, written statements, replies, and affidavits
• Preparing case briefs and arguments
• Attending court proceedings before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and District Courts
• Assisting in arbitration documentation and case preparation

Eligibility

• Law students pursuing B.A. LL.B or LL.B
• Strong research and drafting skills
• Interest in litigation and arbitration
