About the Internship:

This internship is designed to move beyond textbook learning, offering practical insights into how intellectual property disputes and commercial litigation are managed in courts and client settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Interns will actively engage in:

• Trademark prosecution, oppositions, and portfolio strategy
• Drafting legal notices and replies
• Preparing for matters before the Delhi High Court and other forums
• Conducting research on evolving IP and civil law issues
• Assisting in client advisory work

Eligibility Criteria:

The internship is best suited for law students who:

• Have a genuine interest in IP law and commercial litigation
• Possess strong writing skills and independent thinking ability
• Are detail-oriented, disciplined, and professional in conduct
• Seek real responsibility rather than passive observation
