Available Academic Positions:
1. Professor of Law
- Focus Area: Intellectual Property Rights
- Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver advanced course modules using innovative methods (Socratic method, case studies, experiential learning).
- Conduct original, high‑quality legal research leading to publications in reputed journals and books.
- Secure research grants and present findings at conferences.
- Contribute to policy‑oriented research and law reform initiatives.
- Provide academic leadership in curriculum revision and programme development.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- LLM from a prestigious Indian or foreign university.
- PhD in Law from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a reputed law school/university.
- At least one published monograph with a recognized academic publisher.
- Minimum 10 scholarly publications in peer‑reviewed international journals or edited volumes.
2. Assistant / Associate Professor of Law
- Focus Areas:
Contract Law | Civil Procedure Code | Corporate Law | Technology Law | Entertainment & Sports Law | Clinical Legal Education | Administrative Law | ADR
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive course modules with innovative pedagogy.
- Maintain an active research profile with publications in high‑impact journals.
- Mentor students and contribute to curriculum development.
- Participate in academic and administrative committees.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- LLM from a prestigious Indian or foreign university.
- PhD in Law (completed or currently pursuing) from a reputed institution.
- Prior teaching or significant practice experience (litigation, law firms, or research) preferred.
