Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (LKS) is a law firm specializing in Taxation Laws, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Laws and Corporate Laws. About the Internship Programme:

This Internship program is designed to give young law students a chance to gain valuable experience working in various practical aspects of law. It offers a wide range of internship opportunities in fields such as Taxation, Corporate and M&A, IPR, International Trade, Commercial Dispute Resolution etc.

What to Expect from this Internship Opportunity:

Every intern is mentored by a professional at LKS. Your mentor is your guide, your source for resolving your queries and is in-charge of your overall development within the organization. Once selected as an intern, we expect you to complete a minimum of three (3) weeks of internship with us after which it is mandatory for you to make a presentation at the end of the internship. The presentation is on a topic decided by your mentor. The topics would be framed in such a way as to ignite the creative spark in you, asking you to think out of the box on many occasions. The presentation will made to an audience of all your fellow interns as well as certain professionals in the organization who will evaluate your performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

We are looking for budding law students who have entered 4^th year of a 5-year law course or 2^nd year of a 3-year law course.

Key Dates:

The application period for the Winter Internships 2025 will open on 12^th September 2025 and the last date for receipt of applications is 12^th October 2025. All shortlisted / selected candidates will be notified by 17^th October 2025LKS Winter 2025 Internship will be available during 1^st November 2025 TO 28^th February 2026.

How to Apply:

Your internship application is completely online. Therefore, make sure that all relevant details about yourself is incorporated into the application. You will not be allowed another chance to modify or edit the application once submitted.
All the certificates and documents that you mention in the application shall be physically verified on the first day of your internship. So ensure that the information you provide in the application is accurate.
A detailed set of instructions on how to fill up the application form is provided with the application form itself. Do ensure that you read the instructions carefully before submitting the form.
To access the application form, you will need to register your e-mail id with the Organization’s website. This e-mail id doubles up as your username for gaining access into the internship portal. All future correspondence shall be with this e-mail id only. Ensure that the e-mail id that you register with is an active e-mail id and that there are no mistakes in the same.
Once you submit your registration form website will acknowledge its receipt by e-mail. Status updates on your application will be provided through the site and/or your registered email id.
