Priya Sogani is an advocate in Ahmedabad. She takes up Human Rights, Real Estate, NCLT, Cyber Law, Consumer Rights, CHS, Family Law cases apart from Pro-Bono cases. She appears before various tribunals, as well as the High Court of Gujarat and NCLT, Ahmedabad.

Nature of Internship

The type of tasks would include

• Research,
• Drafting,
• Filing, and
• related incidental tasks under guidance.

Rewards

The intern would gain hands-on experience and the nuances of being an independent litigating advocate.

From creating stories to engage the bench, to conducting technical and interdisciplinary research, an eye for detail and concluding the day with a one-on-one basis discussion to improve and understand the weaknesses and strengths in the skill set of the intern and work on them accordingly.
