Internship Opportunity for law students with Legitt Global Advisory Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai : Apply by Feb 20

Legitt Global Advisory is looking for a student, currently in an LL.B. course from a reputed law school, who is interested in corporate and financial laws and looking to gain exposure to SEBI Laws, the practicality of Venture Capital Fund & Private Equity, and transactional practices.

Tenure

Minimum duration: 1 month

Responsibilities

• You will mostly be assigned work over email.
• The intern would be involved in legal research on a proposition, assisting in the drafting of a definitive agreement, and compliance-related works.

Eligibility Criteria

• Law student from a reputed law school
• Student of 3^rd or 4^th year from reputed law school with interest and inclination towards the corporate laws would be preferred.

Rewards

• From the internship, you will receive an internship certificate.
• It will be a paid internship for a month which may be extended further depending on the suitability, interest, and performance of candidates.
• More importantly, you’ll come out of the internship with a comprehensive overview of many areas of the law, giving you an advantage in deciding where you want to go once you graduate from law school.
