The KSOL Centre for studies in Business and Corporate Law (KCBCL) is a faculty and student-run initiative which was founded in the year 2017 by corporate law enthusiasts of KSOL. The primary goal is to provide as well as promote a social and academic platform, to foster discussions on Corporate Law. The centre also develops an interest in the corporate law subjects for the students in a practitioner’s perspective.

Soumya is a Partner in the Competition Law practice at Trilegal based in Mumbai. She is a competition lawyer with over 11 years of regulatory experience across India, Singapore & the ASEAN region. She has been recognized by IFLR 1000 as a notable practitioner on competition law in India across 2018-2021. Her experiences included esteemed workplaces such as AZB & Partners and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Mumbai and Dentons Rodyk (formerly Rodyk & Davidson LLP) in Singapore.
