The National Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation Council (NCDTC) is pleased to invite you to an insightful session on Deepfakes and Generative AI, featuring one of India’s foremost cyber law experts on 24th January 2026 from 4 pm onwards through Google Meet.
Dr. Pavan Duggal is a practicing Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and an internationally recognized authority on Cyber Law, Cybersecurity Law, Cybercrime Law, Artificial Intelligence Law, and E-commerce Law. He is the Founder & Chairman of the International Commission on Cyber Security Law, President of Cyberlaws.Net, and Founder-cum-Honorary Chancellor of Cyberlaw University. He also leads key global initiatives including the Artificial Intelligence Law Hub, Blockchain Law Epicentre, and Metaverse Law Nucleus. A prolific author and thought leader, Dr. Duggal has written 199 books and has delivered over 3,000 lectures worldwide on technology and law.
The session will offer valuable insights into the evolving cyber ecosystem, legal frameworks governing cyberspace, and practical perspectives on navigating digital risks.
