Who Is The Recruiter?

Suyash Tripathi is an Advocate, with his work primarily focused in the Supreme Court of India, and Delhi High Court. His practice areas include Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law, Armed Forces Law, Child Rights Law and NDPS Act. Apart from advocacy, he has also served as a Consultant to Hon’ble Chairperson, Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR), and Researcher-cum-Consultant (Legal) with the Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, coupled with Associate Editor in The Core Indian Media Group (TCI). Known for his extraordinary legal research skills, Mr. Tripathi had the opportunity to work as a Legal Trainee with Legal Stalwart Late Shri Ram Jethmalani for around 2 years, during his legal studies. He is a strong professional with a Bachelors’ focused in Criminal Law from Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia & Masters’ in Intellectual Property Rights from MUIT, Lucknow.

Notably, as a Judge, he has adjudicated several National and International Moot Courts, Mediation, Negotiation, Arbitration, Client Counselling and Trial Advocacy Competitions, including IBA-ICC International Criminal Law Moot Court Competition, Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, NALSAR – Justice B.R. Sawhny National Moot Court Competition, INADR International Mediation Tournament, Amity National Trial Advocacy Competition and NLIU-CAM International Negotiation Competition. Other than the legal sphere, he is a well-known figure in the social arena, with a long history of social activism for the rights of underprivileged and marginalized sections of society.

Awarded twice with Best Para-Legal Volunteer Award by the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) at the national level, and Appreciation Award by DCPCR for his work in the field of child rights, he is also a recipient of various awards for his work in the field of Social Upliftment and Human Rights. A First Generation Lawyer, Adv.Tripathi believes that enabling access to the legal system lies at the core of his practice. He believes that access to justice has to be made available at the doorstep of the last person of the society and an Advocate is legally bound to contribute to it.

• Objective: The purpose of this Internship is to guide students in sharpening their research skills. This Internship will revolve around legal research, academic research,scrutinizing available academic material,writing research papers and getting them published,along with research involving case laws.
• Duration of Internship: In the office of Suyash Tripathi (AOR) Requirement for four research interns for a two month period from 31st Jan, 2024 to 31st March, 2024. it’s a full time internship,but has flexible work hours. If you feel that you can finish the tasks along with your college classes,you are most welcome.
• Mode: This internship is hybrid in nature,but those students who are based out of Delhi, can work for the internship period virtually as well.
• Eligibility: Preferred students:- 2nd,3rd and 4th year students of Integrated Law Courses and 1st & 2nd year students of 3-year Law Courses. Please note,a 4th year student will not be preferred solely on the basis of his/her seniority.
