IV Surana & Surana and UPES School of Law National ‘Insolvency Law’ Moot Court Competition for law students, 2021-22

From the 4th to the 6th of February 2022, the School of Law, UPES, Dehradun, and Surana & Surana will host the IV National Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition.

The following are the specifics of the event:

• The Moot will be place on February 4th and 6th, 2022.
• A maximum of 30 teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The tournament promises a difficult moot subject, fierce rivalry among contestants, and a distinguished panel of judges.

Dates to Remember:

• Online registration opens on December 6, 2021.
• The deadline for online registration is January 1, 2022.
• The deadline for requesting clarification of the problem is January 10, 2022.
• The deadline for memorial submissions is January 26th, 2022.
• 4th February 2022: Inauguration, Orientation, and Researchers Test
• 5th February 2022: Oral Round, Preliminary, Octa-Finals, and Quarter Finals
• Oral Rounds, Semi-Finals, and Finals are scheduled for February 6, 2022.
• The 6th of February 2022 will be the date of the Valediction/Prize Distribution.
