Internship Overview:

Cosmic invites applications for a Legal Internship designed to provide law students with hands‑on exposure to in‑house legal practice. This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking practical experience in corporate law, intellectual property rights, and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment contracts, NDAs, and commercial agreements.
• Assisting in preparation and review of shareholder agreements.
• Conducting legal research on corporate laws, IP rights, and regulatory developments.
• Maintaining organized legal records, contract repositories, IP databases, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinating with internal teams (HR, Finance, Operations) and external consultants on legal matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed LL.B. (4th/5th year) or LL.M. from reputed law schools.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Internship Details:

• Duration: Minimum 3 months
• Location: Sector 14, Noida
• Stipend: Paid (competitive)
