Eligibility
•Open to students currently enrolled in any Three-year or Five-year law program at a recognized law school/university in India.

- Word Limit: 2,000 to 2,500 words (excluding footnotes)
- File Format: PDF only

Guidelines:
- Submissions must be original and unpublished. Plagiarism exceeding 15% will result in disqualification.
- Each entry must include a cover page with: Name(s) of Participant(s), Institution Name, Contact Details.
- All submissions will be evaluated by a panel of legal academicians and professionals with relevant expertise.

- Environmental Jurisprudence within the Constitutional Framework
- Constitutional Protection of the Rights of Indigenous Communities
- Constitutional Dimensions of Intellectual Property Rights
- Right to Health and Medical Accountability
- Constitutional Safeguards in Criminal Justice
- Constitutional Morality in Economic Regulation
Case Law Selection Criteria (under any one given theme)
- Relevance to Theme – The case must relate to one of the prescribed themes and address substantial constitutional or legal issues within that theme.
- Current Legal Standing – The case must not have been overruled, reversed, or rendered obsolete by subsequent judgements or legislative amendments.
- Jurisdiction – Strictly choose Supreme Court of India’s Judgements for the case analysis competition.
- Judicial Significance – The case should have contributed to the evolution, clarification, or reinterpretation of constitutional principles, fundamental rights, or statutory provisions in India.
- Recency or Ongoing Relevance – While landmark cases may be historical, preference should be given to judgments that continue to have legal and social relevance in contemporary discourse.
