  • Authority: Framed under the supervision of the Organizing Committee, Speaker, and Judges.
  • Structure: Includes Speaker, Deputy Speaker, Prime Minister, Council of Ministers, Leader of Opposition, Whips, and Secretariat staff.
  • Agenda: National Anthem, Oath, Question Hour, Zero Hour, Legislative & Non‑Legislative Business, Debates on National Issues, and Valedictory.
  • Quorum: One‑third of total strength required.
  • Debates: Members recognized by the Speaker; speeches limited to 5 minutes; decorum strictly enforced.
  • Bills: Introduced, debated, voted upon, and passed by majority.
  • Motions: Adjournment, Calling Attention, No‑Confidence, Confidence, Censure, and Private Member’s Resolutions.
  • Evaluation: Based on content, knowledge, oratory, discipline, and team coordination.

Awards:

  • Winner: ₹5,100
  • Runner‑Up: ₹4,500
  • Consolation: ₹3,000
