The Legal Aid Clinic & Pro‑Bono Club at Gautam Buddha University is dedicated to promoting access to justice, legal literacy, community outreach, and pro bono activities, fostering practical legal skills and constitutional values. The School of Law, Justice & Governance at GBU emphasizes interdisciplinary legal education, clinical learning, and research to prepare socially responsible professionals. Jotwani Associates, a New Delhi‑based law firm, specializes in Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate Laws, Litigation, Cyber Laws, and Government Relations, serving clients across India and internationally.

About the Conference

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are vital for promoting creativity, innovation, and technological advancement. At the same time, they raise pressing questions of access to knowledge, medicines, technology, and education.

This National Conference aims to provide a multidisciplinary platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and students to deliberate on:

  • IPR and emerging technologies (AI, biotechnology, digital economy)
  • Equitable access to knowledge and public welfare
  • Balancing private rights with public interest
  • Adequacy of Indian and international IPR frameworks

  • Abstract: 300–500 words (objectives, methodology, data sources, keywords)
  • Plagiarism: Below 10% | No AI‑generated content accepted
  • Format: Times New Roman, 12‑point, 1.5 spacing | OSCOLA (4th ed.) citation
  • Cover page with author details | Full paper submission via Google Form
