About the Organizer:
Jaipur National University (JNU), established on 22 October 2007, is a private university located in Jaipur district, Rajasthan. Its Seedling School of Law and Governance has been a hub for legal education and advocacy, hosting prestigious academic and professional events.
About the Moot:
The 12th Professor V.S. Mani Memorial International Law Moot Court Competition – 2026 is being organized by JNU at its Seedling School of Law and Governance.
- Dates: 27th – 29th March, 2026
- Venue: Main Campus, Jaipur National University, Agra By-pass, Near New RTO Office, Jagatpura, Jaipur – 302017
Eligibility:
- Open to all bona fide students enrolled in an undergraduate law course (5-year integrated or 3-year LL.B.) or equivalent from recognized institutions worldwide.
- Each institution may enter only one team.
- Team cap: 40 teams (first-come, first-serve basis).
- Team composition:
- Minimum: 2 members (both Speakers)
- Maximum: 3 members (two Speakers + one Researcher)
- Additional members or coaches will not be formally recognized and will not receive certificates.
Registration Procedure:
- Registration involves two steps:
- Filling the registration form
- Payment of registration fee (as per Rule 7 of Competition Rules)
- Deadline: 7th March 2026 (11:59 PM IST)
- Registration form must be accompanied by a bona fide letter issued by the institution.

Fee Details:
- Indian Teams: ₹5,000
- International Teams: USD $100 (or equivalent in Euro, excluding service charges)
Payment Procedure:
- Indian Teams: Online Payment/Demand Draft (details in Annexure to Competition Rules)
- International Teams: Online Payment/Bank Transfer (details in registration form)
- All formalities must be completed by 18th March 2026.
- The decision of the Director shall be final.
Awards & Accolades:
- Winning Team: Trophy + ₹30,000
- Runners-up Team: Trophy + ₹20,000
- Best Speaker: Trophy + ₹7,000
- Best Memorial: Trophy + ₹6,000
- Best Researcher: Trophy + ₹5,000
Note: Prize money may increase depending on sponsorship.
