Nitya Tax Associates (‘NITYA’) is a boutique law firm specializing in the entire spectrum of Indirect taxes and other allied laws.

OPPORTUNITY

NITYA has two urgent openings in its Mumbai (advisory team) and Delhi (litigation Team) offices. Candidates interested in Indirect Tax Laws will be preferred.

Position: Assessment Intern

About the Internship: A candidate is required to do the following in the internship period:

1. Developing knowledge and insight in a specified area of Indirect Tax including GST and Customs Law
2. Legal Research / Drafting.

Nature of Internship – This is a full-time Assessment Internship in person.

Profile 1: Core GST Advisory for Mumbai

Profile 2: Supporting IDT Litigation team for Delhi

• This internship is suitable for final-year law students or fresh law graduates
• The assessment internship is for a period of 4-6 months which may be extended.
• This internship is suitable for candidates with incisive knowledge, deep insight, and a problem-solving attitude.

Stipend – INR 10,000/- per month.

Duration of Internship – 4- 6 monthswhich may be extended for suitable candidates.
