Position: Legal & Compliance Intern

Location: Mumbai – Vikhroli Duration: 3 months (extension possible based on performance)

Eligibility

• Law students currently in 2nd to 4th year of a 5‑year law course (or equivalent).

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Legal research and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, data management, reporting).
• Familiarity with license management and maintaining compliance trackers.
• Ability to manage/monitor licenses and agreements live.
• Exposure to compliance tools and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Supporting legal research and drafting.
• Maintaining trackers for licenses, agreements, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinating with internal teams for regulatory documentation.
• Contributing to process improvement in compliance workflows.
