About the Opportunity

The Birla School of Law is organizing a Five-Day Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Business, Corporate Governance and Human Rights” from 3–7 August 2026. The programme aims to acquaint faculty members, research scholars and industry professionals with contemporary developments at the intersection of business, corporate governance and human rights. It provides an interdisciplinary platform to deliberate upon responsible business conduct, ESG, corporate accountability, technology, ethics and international legal frameworks while encouraging meaningful academic dialogue and knowledge sharing.

Theme : Business, Corporate Governance and Human Rights

The FDP focuses on contemporary issues relating to responsible business practices and human rights. The programme covers themes including:

• Constitutional Foundations of Business and Human Rights 
• International Frameworks on Business and Human Rights 
• Corporate Criminal Accountability
