Birla School of Law (BSOL), Birla Global University (BGU), Bhubaneswar, is committed to promoting excellence in legal education through interdisciplinary teaching, research and professional engagement. The School strives to bridge the gap between legal theory and contemporary practice by organizing academic programmes that address emerging legal and policy issues. Through faculty development initiatives, seminars, conferences and collaborative engagements, BSOL seeks to foster innovation, critical thinking and academic excellence.
The Birla School of Law is organizing a Five-Day Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Business, Corporate Governance and Human Rights” from 3–7 August 2026. The programme aims to acquaint faculty members, research scholars and industry professionals with contemporary developments at the intersection of business, corporate governance and human rights. It provides an interdisciplinary platform to deliberate upon responsible business conduct, ESG, corporate accountability, technology, ethics and international legal frameworks while encouraging meaningful academic dialogue and knowledge sharing.
The FDP focuses on contemporary issues relating to responsible business practices and human rights. The programme covers themes including:

Participants who successfully complete the programme will be awarded an E-Certificate of Participation.
