T&R Law Offices – Paid Long‑Term Legal Internship (Hybrid Role):

T&R Law Offices, co‑founded by Tejbir Singh and Raghav Sethi, is a forward‑thinking law firm that blends legal expertise with business acumen. With a strong focus on corporate and commercial practice, the firm is inviting applications for a long‑term paid internship beginning June 1, 2026 at its Delhi office.

Internship Details:

• Duration: Six months (Hybrid role).
• Eligibility:
  • 4th year students of a 5‑year integrated law programme, or
  • 2nd year students of a 3‑year LLB programme.
• Conversion Opportunity: Exceptional interns may be offered a Trainee role at the end of the internship.

Areas of Work:

Interns will gain hands‑on exposure to live matters across diverse practice areas:

• Mergers & Acquisitions – Structuring deals, conducting due diligence, and drafting transaction documents (SHA, SSA, etc.).
• Intellectual Property – Trademark, copyright, and design filings, enforcement, and contentious prosecution.
• Regulatory Practice – Advising on SEBI‑regulated structures, VC/AIF formation, and Merchant Banking licensing.
• Creator & Digital Media Advisory – Legal diligence and IP risk assessment for digital creators and media professionals.
• Contracts & Corporate Advisory – Drafting agreements, day‑to‑day advisory, and transactional support.

This internship is designed to provide substantive work experience—interns will actively participate in real transactions and mandates, not just clerical tasks.

• Prior internship experience in corporate or IP practice (preferred).
• Publications or writing in relevant legal domains (advantageous).
