The Comparative Constitutional Law and Administrative Law Journal (CALJ) is the flagship publication of the Centre for Constitutional Law and Administrative Law at NLUJ. Published under the patronage of Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur and guided by Dr. Sayantani Bagchi, CALJ is dedicated to promoting scholarly excellence in constitutional and administrative law. The journal follows a rigorous peer‑review process and publishes Articles, Notes, Case Comments, and Book Reviews addressing contemporary issues in public law.
Submissions are invited on constitutional and administrative law from Indian, comparative, transnational, and global perspectives. Contributions may adopt doctrinal, theoretical, empirical, historical, or interdisciplinary approaches. Suggested themes include:
