What Is The Opportunity?

As the industry steps into a new age of dispute resolution, the AIAC remains steadfast in its ongoing commitment to the international alternative dispute resolution (ADR) ecosystem and the stakeholders it serves. Since its inception, under the auspices of Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO) over four decades ago, the AIAC has evolved into a multi-purpose ADR hub resulting from a series of successful initiatives, such as modernising its arbitration and mediation rules, introducing its Standard Form of Building Contracts, as well as creating a scheme for the resolution of domain name disputes, amongst many other innovations.

What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?

• Invites submissions for the 2024 edition of the AIAC Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Journal from ADR practitioners, academicians, and jurists.
• The 2024 edition seeks to provide a platform for discourse on important issues surrounding ADR.
• Interested contributors are required to submit their full papers by Friday, 9th August 2024.
