The edited volume, Online Dispute Resolution and the Reconstruction of Modern Adjudication, seeks to critically examine how technology is reshaping justice delivery. With Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) becoming central to modern adjudicatory systems, the book will explore pressing questions of accessibility, efficiency, fairness, and legitimacy in the digital age.

Contributors may submit chapters on topics including, but not limited to:

Submission Guidelines:

Authors must submit a final manuscript containing:

  • Title of the chapter
  • Author’s designation and affiliation
  • Abstract (200–300 words)
  • Keywords (5–7)
  • Full research paper (3,000–5,000 words, inclusive of abstract, keywords, footnotes, and references)

Formatting Requirements:

  • Main Text: Book Antiqua, Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5, Margins 1 inch
  • Footnotes: Book Antiqua, Size 11, Line Spacing 1
  • Citation Style: 19th Bluebook Edition

Author Details Format:

  • Law Students: Law Student, Course Name, Year of Study, Institution
  • Advocates: Advocate, Registered Place of Practice
  • Academicians: Designation, Institution
  • Corporate Professionals: Designation, Company/Law Firm

Failure to follow the prescribed format may result in manuscripts being returned for revision.


Publication Policy:

  • No publication fee.
  • Double-blind peer review process.
  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
  • Plagiarism screening via Turnitin; similarity index (including AI-generated content) must not exceed 15%.
  • Selected chapters will be published in an Edited Book by a National Publisher with a valid ISBN.
  • Authors may purchase copies directly from the publisher at a reasonable cost.
