Rizvi Law College, Mumbai: Recruitment of Assistant Professors (Law)
Rizvi Law College, Mumbai, established in 2002 under the Rizvi Education Society, is inviting applications for 25 full-time faculty positions in Law for the academic year 2026. Affiliated with the University of Mumbai and recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI), the college is known for its emphasis on innovative teaching, moot courts, clinical legal education, and research-driven pedagogy.
Position Details
- Post: Assistant Professor (Law)

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- NET/SET qualification conducted by UGC/CSIR or equivalent.
- Exemption for candidates awarded Ph.D. in Law as per UGC regulations.
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong academic record.
- Demonstrated teaching and research competence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures for LL.B. (3-Year) and B.L.S. LL.B. (5-Year) programs.
- Guide students in moot courts, legal drafting, seminar papers, and clinical training.
- Assist in curriculum development, exam evaluation, paper setting, and academic event organization.
- Contribute to institutional development, research publications, and student mentoring.
Salary
- As per UGC, State Government of Maharashtra, and University of Mumbai norms.
- Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
