The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, was established by the State Legislature of Punjab through the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab Act (Punjab Act No. 12 of 2006). The University was incorporated as an institution of national stature to serve as a Centre of Excellence in legal education in the modern era of globalization and liberalization.
The Centre for Business Laws and Taxation (CBLT) promotes interdisciplinary research and dialogue on business and taxation laws. It conducts diverse academic initiatives, including webinars, conferences, workshops, courses, and publications, fostering scholarship in areas such as corporate governance, banking, company, securities, intellectual property, taxation, competition, and dispute resolution.
The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Division (IBLD), a specialized arm of CBLT, focuses exclusively on restructuring and insolvency laws. It aims to advance research, facilitate informed discussions, and contribute to developing effective insolvency practices by connecting scholars, experts, and practitioners.
We are pleased to announce that the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Division (IBLD) of CBLT at RGNUL is inviting submissions for its Call for Blogs on contemporary issues in insolvency and bankruptcy law.
