Centre for Business Laws and Taxation (CBLT)

CBLT promotes interdisciplinary research in business laws and taxation through courses, workshops, conferences, and publications. It covers diverse areas including corporate governance, company law, securities law, taxation, insolvency, competition law, mergers & acquisitions, and dispute resolution.

Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Division (IBLD)

IBLD is a specialised division focusing on restructuring and insolvency laws. It collaborates with institutions such as the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and National E-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL) to foster academic and professional engagement in insolvency practice.

About the Course

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Act, 2026 has transformed India’s insolvency framework into a streamlined, creditor-driven ecosystem. This advanced certificate course bridges academic theory with market practice, unpacking the latest legislative and judicial developments.
