About the Internship:

The internship offers law students practical exposure to corporate law, litigation, and insolvency‑related matters. Interns will gain hands‑on experience in legal research, contract review, litigation support, and drafting Resolution Plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The program is designed to provide meaningful engagement with real‑time cases and professional mentoring.

Eligibility:

• Law students in their 3rd year and above, including final‑year students.
• Enrolled in a recognized law program.
• Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Professional and respectful attitude towards colleagues and seniors.

Responsibilities:

Interns will be expected to:

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed briefs and case summaries.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, notices, and reviewing contracts.
• Support the drafting of Resolution Plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing matters and maintain case files.
• Attend client meetings and accompany senior professionals to court hearings, where applicable.

Stipend:

• A stipend will be provided to selected interns.

Mode:

• In‑office internship.
