Eligibility

- Submissions must demonstrate originality, analytical depth, sound legal reasoning, and contemporary relevance.
Content Guidelines
- Submissions must be unpublished and original.
- Acceptable formats: articles, case comments, legislative analyses, opinion pieces, or short notes.
- Manuscripts should be analytical rather than descriptive, critically engaging with legal developments.
- All sources must be hyperlinked where possible; endnotes may be used if hyperlinks are not feasible.
- Content must avoid defamatory or offensive material.
Word Limit
- Preferred length: 1,000–1,500 words.
- Title length: not more than 12 words.
- Editorial Board may relax limits in exceptional cases.
Formatting Requirements
- File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing
- Footnotes/endnotes: size 10, single spacing
Originality and Plagiarism
- Submissions will be screened for plagiarism and AI‑generated content.
- Similarity exceeding 15% will lead to rejection.
- Academic integrity violations will be summarily rejected.
Anonymity
- Manuscripts must not contain identifying information to preserve double‑blind review integrity.
Co‑Authorship
- Permitted for a maximum of two authors.
Copyright and Responsibility
- Authors warrant that their work does not infringe third‑party rights.
- Accuracy and originality remain the sole responsibility of the author(s).
Submission Process
- Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
