The Panjab University Law Review (PULR) is a bi-annual, peer-reviewed journal published since 1951 by the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Manuscript Categories & Word Limits:
- Research Paper/Review Article: 5000–6000 words
- Book Review: ~2500 words
- Case Comment: ~3000 words
(Word limits inclusive of footnotes; manuscripts must be clearly labelled.)
Submission Requirements:
- Covering letter with author details (name, designation, institution, contact info).
- Plagiarism report (Urkund/Turnitin; ≤10%).
- Certificate of originality (unpublished work).
- Abstract (200–250 words) + 3–5 keywords.
- Formatting: MS Word, Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, justified, 1-inch margins.
- Footnotes: Times New Roman, 10 pt; avoid lengthy notes.
- Citation Style: Bluebook (19th edition).
- Blind peer review – no author identifiers in manuscript.
- Co-authorship allowed up to 3 authors (max 2 submissions per author).
- Tables/graphs/figures numbered with sources cited.

Publication Fee:
- ₹500/- for published copy (includes free e-paper copy).

- Submit manuscripts via Open Journal System (OJS) accessible at the link provided at the end of post.
