The Litigation Committee actively promotes litigation as a core professional pathway, equipping students with practical exposure and career-oriented insights.

Workshop Overview:

The workshop aims to provide participants with practice-oriented insights into the evolving landscape of real estate law and dispute resolution.

Key highlights:

• Real estate and allied commercial laws in transactional and dispute contexts
• Insolvency laws and statutory amendments impacting real estate projects
• Real estate due diligence and risk mitigation strategies
• Litigation strategy, documentation, and procedural choices in disputes
• Sessions led by eminent advocates from leading firms, offering first-hand courtroom and advisory perspectives

This workshop is designed to enrich law students aspiring to build expertise in civil and commercial litigation.

Eligibility:

Open to all students pursuing three-year or five-year law degree courses at universities/colleges/law departments in India recognized by the Bar Council of India.

Participants who successfully complete the MCQ-based assessment will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
