1. Mr. Gauhar Mirza

Mr. Gauhar Mirza is a Principal Associate with New Delhi office of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (“SAM”). He is member of Delhi High Court Bar Association and Supreme Court Bar Association. Prior to joining SAM, Delhi Office, he has worked at L&L Partners (erstwhile Luthra and Luthra Law Offices) and has been a part of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. since 2016. He specializes in international and domestic commercial arbitration and corporate litigation.

2. Ms. Hiral Gupta 

Ms. Hiral Gupta is a Associate with New Delhi office of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (“SAM”) She Focuses on domestic commercial arbitration and corporate criminal litigation. Prior to Joining SAM, Delhi Office, she has worked at Chambers of Senior Advocate Mr. R.S. Cheema and Ms.Tarannum Cheema. She has represented corporations, both public and private, before various judicial forums and in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations.
