What Is the Course?

The elements of trade and commerce have marched into every facet of life — making ‘contract’ an organizing principle of every type of relationship in society. The laws governing business contracts are becoming progressively more complex, and now affect all industries and all types of commercial contracts. In contrast with other laws, contracts are binding commandments made by individuals, corporations, and the State entities within the framework of the general laws of the country. The laws relating to contract, being organic in nature, need to respond to changes in the economy, in technology, and in society, in general.

What Are The Details Of The Course?

• Eligibility: Academicians, Practitioners, Researchers, and Students (across disciplines) are invited to join the Credit Course
• Mode of Lectures: The lectures will be conducted in blended mode through online lectures and classroom teaching. Platform of Cisco Webex will be used for organising the lectures
• Registration fee: INR 1,500/- (exclusive of 18% GST) and INR 1000/- (no GST) for RGNUL Students and INR 10 00/- (exclusive of 18% GST) for GBU Students.
