Sharda University’s 2nd Anand Swaroop Gupta Memorial Virtual National Moot Court Competition for law students-Nov 24th-26th

From Wednesday to Friday, November 24th to 26th, 2021, the 2nd Anand Swaroop Gupta Memorial National Virtual Moot Court Competition will be held.

Google Meet: At the proper time, the URL will be provided with the participants.

Eligibility Criteria
The competition is available to bona fide undergraduate students enrolled in recognised colleges/institutions/universities who are currently studying their Bachelor’s Degree in Law, i.e. 3 Year LL.B or 5 Year Integrated or Honours’ LLB Program with all combinations on a regular basis.

TEAM COMPOSITION

• Each team must have a maximum of three members and a minimum of two members, with two speakers and one researcher or two speakers only. Under no circumstances can the number be changed.
• At the time of registration, teams must identify the speakers and researcher. There will be no additional members or observers allowed. There will also be no deviations from the approved names.
• The competition will not allow more than one team from the same institution to compete.

Registration Procedure

• Registration teams must finish their registration before 12:00 a.m. IST on November 10th.
• The registration fee is INR 1500/- and to be made payable to Sharda University, School of Law, using the Online Transition Mode.

• After completing the Google Form, the teams must send one Email Approval with the details of the participating team to their Moot Court Faculty Coordinator/Dean/Principle.
• The Sharda Moot Court Society will confirm the teams’ provisional registration once the registration form is completed, the Faculty Coordinator’s email approval is obtained, and the fee is paid.
• The Registration shall be deemed complete only when the Registration form is duly filled, Email Approval is obtained and the Registration money is paid. Teams must send a screenshot of their Online Transaction Fee to nmc@sharda.ac.in through email.
• Once the final registration is done Teams will get the confirmation email and their Team Codes also.
