NLIU is recognized by the University Grants Commission and the Bar Council of India.
Rajiv Gandhi National Cyber Law Centre, National Law Institute University, Bhopal, a Centre of Excellence in cyber law and information technology. The Cyber Law Centre is constituted and crafted with the ambitious objectives to develop professional, expertise and skilled manpower to match with contemporary challenges emerging in relevance with cyber space & cyber security. It will enable legal and technical experts to efficiently regulate and create opportunities to meet economic challenges posed by the rapid technology movement, which is influencing virtually every area of development and social activity.
What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?
- Programme offered: The Master Of Cyber Law and Information Security (MCLIS) Programme
- Eligibility:
- He/she has obtained a bachelorโs degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
- He/she has obtained at least 50% of marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in bachelorโs degree examination.
- He/she has qualified for the entrance test conducted by the NLIU, Bhopal, for admission to the MCLIS programme (โEntrance Testโ means All India Written Test and Personal Interview).
- Students whose results are awaited may also apply subject to the condition that by the time of admission to the Programme, the candidates should be able to produce marks sheet/pass certificate of the qualifying examination.
- Intake: Sixty-Six (66) Students plus Five (5) Foreign Nationals Seats Distribution (All reservations for various categories as per the rules of the NLIU, Bhopal shall apply. In case application of some other reservation must be brought in force and likewise, seats must be adjusted, it may then be incorporated).
